Today's outfit post is dedicated to my love for health and fitness. I'm sure you've read about it here on my blog as well as on my Twitter and Instagram accounts. I've been receiving tweets, comments and e-mails about it so I would like to say thank you for all the positive feedback and inquiries. Please keep in mind that I am not a PRO when it comes to diet & weight loss. I'm just sharing with you the things that worked for me and those that brought a tremendous amount of change in my life. :)
I said this before but I'll say it again- If you're on the road to fitness, you need to arm yourself with the values of commitment, dedication & discipline. You have to be serious with your workout regimen and most especially your diet. No matter how much or how long you workout, NOTHING will happen if you won't change your eating habits. You can still eat that chocolate, chips, etc. especially now that it's Christmas season but do so in moderation. It's also going to require a lifestyle change! I don't have any vices and I'm such a morning person so working out in the AM really works for me. If I'm really busy, I go to the gym after work & I also have a couple of videos at home. (Try to download p90x, the Insanity workout or just search for workout videos in Youtube.) Stop it with the excuses, just get up & move! You had the time to read this blog post, I'm sure you can squeeze in even just a 20 or 30 minute workout ;)
That's it for now guys, Stay tuned for part 2 of the workout plan :)
Top from Lauren & Brie, shorts from Giordano
Heels from Centropelle
What do you guys think of incorporating sportswear into your workwear? ;) I'm so lucky I don't follow a dress code so I can keep on experimenting with my looks and fashion choices!
