Indie Rock

Here's a laid back, indie-rock inspired outfit for work and an exclusive preview of Agyness Deyn's collaboration with Doc Martens. It's always fun to dress up, experiment and be in theme no matter how casual an event is. I just have to make sure that I'll still inject elements that show off my personal style. ;) It took me a while to try out the sneaker wedge trend but it's such a great alternative to heels don't you think? Just make sure that your bottoms aren't too long so that the high cut details of the shoes won't cut off your legs! Style yourself properly, wear it with confidence and you'll be able to create an illusion that you want to project. ;) (long legs, thin arms, flat stomach, etc.etc!)

Black tanktop from Mango, denim vest from Next Jeans, skirt from Crisela Collection

Sneaker wedges from Topshop

The exclusive preview of the collection was held last December 19 at the Doc Martens store in Fort Strip

Agyness Deyn's grunge, rebel, eccentric style makes her the perfect model for Doc Martens. The brand strongly encourages their consumers to wear the items in their own individual way, depending on their mood & how they want to look.

Bangle from SM Accessories

The pieces merge a grunge aesthetic with modern styling, quality prints and bright colour pops!
