Cinch your waist

I workout on a regular basis and I eat clean most of the time so I used the cincher and the corset as a supplement to my healthy lifestyle. I do a lot of high intensity workouts and waist trainers increase your body temperature so you tend to sweat more. There is a little discomfort but you have to be mindful of your posture and breathing and make sure that the hooks are not too tight. Keep in mind that by using this, you are only losing water weight and NOT fat. Waist training is most effective when you use a traditional flex boned corset combined with healthy diet and regular exercise.  You have to do these things consistently in order to see results. ;)
