My Favorite Abs, Butt, and Cardio Workout at 360

Fitness is and will always be a part of my lifestyle. I love working out in the morning before I go to any meeting, shoot, or event. It gives me the much energy boost that I need to help me power through my day. I have been going to 360 Fitness Club in Makati 3x a week for the past year and a half and I love how my Coach continuously challenges my body. I have tried different gyms but 360 stands out because their Coaches really make sure that your form is correct and that your rest is very minimal. I used to workout 2-3 hours before but now I can finish a workout in an hour to an hour and a half max! On days when I am rushing, my Coach will give me a high intensity workout for 45 minutes. My Coach is pretty strict because even when I am traveling, he makes sure that I get to squeeze in a workout! Haha (Hi Coach Jun!!!)
