Tuna is an integral part of my healthy lifestyle. I usually eat it right after working out because it's an excellent source of lean protein. Our helper loves to experiment with tuna so aside from the usual tuna sandwich, there's tuna pasta, tuna macaroni, quinoa salad with tuna, tuna wrap sandwich, tuna salad, and sooooo much more!
